After one divorce and the passage of the ‘Iddat period the wife exits from the Nikah. However, it is permissible to bring her again in one’s Nikah by renewing the Nikah. Hence, if both husband and wife fixing the Mehr make proposal and acceptance in the presence of two witnesses then they again can live the married life.
