‘Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) performed the Janazah Salah of Sayyidah ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha).’

Yes, this is correct. Imam Ibn Sa’d and Imam Hakim (rahimahumallah) have recorded a narration which mentions this.

This has also been mentioned and accepted in the books of many Hadith commentators, biographers of Sahabah and historians.
