Boy fearing that he may not be able to fulfil the rights of the wife

Q: If a person fears fornication and also fears not giving his spouse her rights what would be the ruling of marriage for him?

Bismillaah

A: Since he has the fear of falling into fornication, precaution requires that he should get married if he is able to. He should not delay on account of the doubt that he may not be able to fulfil the rights of the wife.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
