Is Haram Entry Required for Farewell Tawaf and Sa’ee at Safaa and Marwa?

1. I want to know if it is necessary to enter the Haram for the farewell tawaf (tawaaf al-wadaa)?

2. Does one needs to go for sa’ee at safaa and marwa after it?
