If a dog sniffs and/or sneezes on you and/or clothes does this break wuddu? Is there anything we would need to do afterwards to purify ourself?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org
Answer

When a dog sniffs or sneezes on one’s clothes, the Wudhu will not be
invalidated. However, if the wetness on the clothes is evident, then the
clothes willhave to be washed. (Shaami vol.1 pg.208)
