My husband passed away 4 years ago, his wealth was not distributed. A few months ago my father-in-law passed away, leaving for sons behing. I wanted to know whether or not me and my children are entitled to a share of his wealth as in his willhe has stated that his wealth should be distributed between all FIVE brothers, even though one has passed away.
