Q: Before praying, I did miswaak (I already had wudhoo). I rinsed my mouth afterwards, and realized there was some blood in my mouth. I did wudhoo again.
At night, I did miswaak again. Like before, upon rinsing I realized I had blood in my mouth. I just got into the habit of doing miswak before prayers, but sometimes I just do miswak and then don’t rinse my mouth. When I spat out blood twice after doing miswak, I came to the realization that perhaps every time I do miswak, my gums bleed, but I had never noticed it before due to not rinsing my mouth afterwards. Therefore, perhaps I had done miswak earlier before a prayer and had prayed without knowing that perhaps my gums had bled. Do I have to repeat my previous prayers?
A: Don’t pay attention to the past which you are not sure of.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
