Providing for one’s wife

Q: Is it the husbands duty to provide for his wife? If so, what exactly is meant by provide? Does this include everything in the home?

A: He is responsible for providing for all her needs, her clothing, her food and her home.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
