Is it permissible for a wife to give ghusl to her deceased husband’s body?

Is the wife allowed to give ghusl to her husband’s dead body? I have heard that the husband becomes non-Mahram for his wife after his death. What does Shariah say in these matters?

(Fatwa: 622/588/M=5/1438)

A wife can give her husband bath after his death. What you heard is incorrect.

ويجوز للمرأة أن تغسل زوجها اذا لم يحدث بعد موته ما يوجب البينونة …. أما هو فلا يغسلها عندنا (هنديه 1/160)
