We have 2 houses, in one we live and the other one is empty because we have only four members in our family and our father died 4 year ago. The second house is closed from 4 years. We did not pay its 4 years house tax. The total amount of tax is 20000 and our monthly family income is 28000 (halal). Can we pay the house tax with bank interest?

It is not lawful to pay house tax with interest money recived from bank.
