It is seen that many people offer Quran to masjids for isal-e-sawab. But such volumes are kept unread for many days. Whether such volumes can be diverted to madrasas?

Yes, the copies of such extra Quran may be given in the madrasa after the advice of elders from your areas, so that they could be used for reading and the donor could get the reward.
