I would like to ask that after performing Umrah, if a woman’s hair is not in one length, it is cut in two layers or more, then should the woman cut her hair off from the bottom of every layer or just hold all the hair together and cut some off from the bottom. Also what is the length of the hair that should be cut off?

(Fatwa: 230/230/M=03/1435)
It is wajib to cut hair equal to one third finger i.e. equal to one finger tip from one fourth of head. The woman should hold all her hair together to her forehead and cut equal to one finger tip from the end.
