Can marriage be saved after 3 talaqs?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My husband was forced into giving 3 talaqs and was not in his senses, he said it all in one sitting and knew straight away it was not supposed to slip his tongue, I want to know, we are desperate to reconciliate this marriage, we have done so much istighfar and begged for Allah’s mercy, is there anything we can do, also what is the legal way of doing halalah, if a man offers to do a halalah out of his free choice, he is not asked to do it but wants to do this, is this way permissible?

(Fatwa: 1232/832/L=11/1434)

In the above mentioned case if at the time of giving three talaqs the husband was aware that it shall make talaq occur then all the three talaqs took place, now there is no way except Shariah halalah to process for new nikah. The method of halalah is that you marry any other man after passing iddah of talaq which is three haiz (menses). If that man gives you talaq after intercourse or dies then you will pass your iddah and after passing it you may do nikah with your husband. It is unlawful to set condition of halalah while marrying other man. However, if that man intends in heart that he would divorce after nikah and intercourse then there is no harm in marrying him.
