How will deceased uncle’s property be divided among surviving relatives without a son?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My uncle died and he has some property to be distributed. His surviving relatives are as under.
(1) One wife. (2) Three daughters. (3) Two brothers. (4) One sister. He has no son and his father and mother are also dead. Please tell me how much each one will get his share?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 880/683/H=1434)

In case the detail about the heirs is correct all the property left by your uncle shall be divided into 72 shares after paying due rights preceding inheritance. Out of the total, 9 shares shall go to his wife, 16-16 shares to each daughter, 6-6 shares to each brother while 3 shares shall go to his sister. This ruling shall be applicable only when the father and mother of the deceased uncle had died before him.

The detail of division is as follows:
Wife: 1×09 = 09
Daughters: 3×16 = 48
Brothers: 2×06 = 12
Sister: 1×03 = 03
Total: 72
