Can a lady on her period continue teaching & learning the Quran, & if so, how?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
If a lady works of learning and teaching the holy Quran to other ladies and during this work her monthly periods fall. Can she continue her work and can she touch the holy Quran with Urdu/ English meanings? Or can she touch the holy Quran with the help of any cloth/cloth gloves? Or can turn the pages of the holy Quran with the help of pen, pencil etc? Or she should stop all these ways?

(Fatwa: 1056/L-362/TL=1434)

It is not lawful for a woman experiencing her menstruation period to recite the holy Quran. However, if she is a teacher then should not pronounce one complete ayat rather she should teach it word by word.
(و) يمنع حل – (قراء القرآن) بقصده ، وتحته في الشامي أي ولو دون آية فى المركبات لا المفردات ، لأنه جوز للحائض المعلمة تعليمه كلمة كلمة كما قدمناه . (در مع الرد 1/88-486، زكريا).
It is not lawful for a woman to touch the holy Quran directly in the state of haiz. If she needs to touch she must touch it with the cover of any pure cloth. Likewise, if she turns the pages of the holy Quran with the help of pen, pencil etc it is also lawful.
(و) يمنع حل – (مسه) ولو مكتوبا بالفارسية في الأصح (إلا بغلافه) المنفصل كما مر ، وفي الشامي قوله (إلا بغلافه المنفصل) أي كالجراب والخريطة دون المتصل كالجلد المشرز هوالصحيح ، وعليه الفتوى ، لأن الجلد تبع له ، سراج – (در مع الرد 1/488 ، زكريا).
In the same way it is makrooh to touch the Urdu or English translation of the holy Quran.
ولو كان القرآن مكتوبا بالفارسية يكره لهم مسه عند أبي حنيفة وكذا عندهما على الصحيح هكذا في الخلاصة . (هندية 1/39)
