I am alhumdulilah growing my beard fist long but I have some issue like can I grab my beard from the center (chin hair) and clean the sides so it looks cleaner and nice.

Ma-shaAllah, you are wearing sunnah beard, may Allah grant it. You can cut the parts of beard exceeding a size of one fist. The hair below chin also should not be cut. Yes, you can cut and clean those at throat.
