If one was to touch sperm after he completed his ghusl, would this require another ghusl or can he simply wash the affected area?

I pray that this message finds you well, insha’Allah.
Touching filth does not necessitate a ritual bath (ghusl) nor an ablution (wudu). However, you would need to wash away the filth from the affected area as this is the correct method of removing it from the body.
