Dealing with Guilt and Waswasa During Ghusal After Intimacy with Spouse

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: After spending time with my husband and a fard ghusal is necessary I will urinate and then take a bath. Usually always semen will come out while I am bathing too. Nowadays to waswasa I have bad thoughts while bathing and than of course I try to push it away and then I see seman coming out. I know the semen is because I have spent time with my husband and not because of the thoughts so sometimes I’ll just finish the ghusal but will feel guilty the whole day until I make a new ghusal. What should I do?

Bismillaah

A: If the semen that is coming out is from your husband then you do not need to repeat the ghusal.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
