Bismillah
Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)
To perform the rounds of Sa’i continuously without interruption is Sunnah, according to Imam Abu Hanifah and Imam Shafi’ (Rahimahuma-Allah). It is Makruh for one to delay or pause during his Sa’i due to some reasons. If one performed Tawaf and then perform the Sa’i on the next day, it will be permissible. (Al Fiqhul Islami Wa Adillatuhu Vol.3 Pg.172)
If Sa’i was not performed after Tawaf Al Qudum (Tawaf when you first enter Makkah), it must be performed within Ayyam An Nahr (Days of immolation 10,11 and 12) after the Tawaf ur Ziyarat /Fardh. (Quduri Pg.98)
The original time for Sa’i is within Ayyam An Nahr (Days of immolation 10,11 and 12) after the Tawaf ur Ziyarat/Fardh.
(Al Fiqhul Islami Wa Adillatuhu Vol.3 Pg.173, Tuhfatul Alma’i Bi Ma’rifati Hududil Mas’a Wa Ahkamil Mas’a Pg.69-Al Badai’ Was Sana’i Vol.2 Pg.135, Fathul Qadeer Vo.2 Pg.156))
A person who relinquishes the Sai’ between Safa and Marwah is liable for Dam, but his Hajj is complete.
(Al Hidayah, Book of Pilgrimage, Chapter: Tawaf in a state of impurity and deficient performance)
And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
