When a person is making Tawaaf and is not kissing the Hajer e aswad i.e. when you standing far and can’t touch while making Istilām, is kissing the hands Thābit?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The act of kissing the Hajar-e-Aswad (Black Stone) is called Istīlam.[1] While kissing the Hajar-e Aswad, ones hands should be on the wall of the Ka’ba in the same position as when one performs a Sajdah (prostration) during a prayer. If it is not possible to kiss the Hajar-e-Aswad, it is permissible to just touch it with a hand and if that is not possible then face towards Hajar e aswad raising the hands while reciting the Kalimah, Takbeer Tahmeed and Durūd, thereafter kiss the hands, as mentioned in Fatawa Qadhi Khan .[2]

الاستلام للحَجَر: تَناوُله باليَدِ وبالقُبْلة ومسْحُه بالكفّ تهذيب اللغة (313/12)
وإذا دخل المسجد الحرام وشاهد البيت يكبر ويهلل ويحمد الله تعالى ثم يبدأ بالحجر فيستقبله ويكبر رافعاً يديه كما يكبر للصلاة ثم يرسلهما ويستلم الحجر وتفسير ذلك أن يضع كفيه على الحجر ويقبل الحجر إن استطاع من غير أن يؤذي أحدا لأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فعل ذلك والحكمة في تقبيل الحجر ما روى عن على رضي الله تعالى عنه أنه قال لما أخذ الله الميثاق على بني آدم من ذريته كتب بذلك كتاباً فجعله في جوف الحجر فيجيء يوم القيامة ويشهد لمن استلمه وإن لم يستطع استلام الحجر من غير أن يؤذي أحداً لا يستلمه لكن يستقبل الحجر ويشير بكفيه نحو الحجر ويكبر ويهلل ويحمد الله تعالى ويصلي على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ثم يقبل كفيه فتاوى قاضيخان (144/1)
(وإن عجز عنهما) أي الاستلام والإمساس (استقبله) مشيرا إليه بباطن كفيه كأنه واضعهما عليه (وكبر وهلل وحمد الله تعالى وصلى على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم) ثم يقبل كفيه. الدر المختار -ط. الفكر (494/2)
