What is the ruling of Sharia on purchasing a flat via Hajj Fund?

All perfect praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds. May His peace and blessings be upon Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.
Having examined the financial lease contract of the Hajj Fund-See attached copy-it was made clear that it doesn`t include any violations of Sharia and thus there is no sin in dealing with it.
However, the proper execution of this contract depends on the individuals in charge. And Allah the Almighty knows best.
