Can a Muslim who intended Ihram(Ritual consecration) for any of the three types of Hajj(Ifraad, Tamattue`, Qiraan) change his intention after entering Makkah?
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds, and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions. If a Muslim intended Ihram for Umrah during the days of Hajj, he is permitted to combine Hajj with it to perform Qiraan type of Hajj so long as he didn`t offer the arrival circumambulation. However, if he intended to perform Ifraad type, then he isn`t permitted to combine it with an Umrah to become Qiraan type of Hajj. And Allah knows best.
