Claiming back tax on charity money

As-salaamu-wa-alaykum
in south africa, the tax law allows us to claim for monies given in charity.
Can we use this law to claim our, zakaah, sadaqa, qurbani, etc monies?

Answer: This law is in UK as well, the muftiyaane kiraam allow this claim, therefore u can claim and the amount u paid in zakah will also be counted as fully paid, what u get back will be yours, wallahu a’lam wassalam
