Islam gives mission for this it doesn’t matter which way your door faces. These were superstitions by the nonbelievers that if a door opens in a certain way it’s a blessing, but if it opens another way then it’s a curse. In India they call it wasto; which was a belief held by the Brahmins in India. This sort of belief is incorrect. It’s up to your convenience; you can face it anyway you like; based on the convenience of entrance, exit, air, sun. You can keep these practical things in mind but the superstitions are irrelevant.
