Your question is not complete that if there is a congregation in a mosque what happens with women who are participating, because women’s participation in mosques is not permissible. But by some chance, either because of traveling or something else they pray together then the way for women to correct an imam is that they should hit their hands with their hands. This is the way that has been suggested by the Muslim jurists.
