What say ulema of deen about the timing of the prayer of ishraq and chast? And how many rakats each has and can we pray in the pairs of two rakats or four rakats?

The time of ishraq is approximately half hour after the sunrise, and its quantity is reported to be four rakats in the hadith. The timing of chast however, starts two hours after the time of ishraq, and its quantity is reported to be eight. Both of the prayers should be performed in the pairs of two rakats.
