If my husband issued divorce three times at once over the phone, would that constitute as having issued all three divorce rights and if he wants to take her back in her “iddah” (period in which a divorcee can’t remarry) would that be allowed or not?
All three divorce rights have been used; therefore, he doesn’t have the choice of taking her back. The only she would be legitimate for him is through “halala”.
