A Muslim Organization employes workers for various positions, like Imam,
Nayab Imam, office workers, janitor, teachers , etc These are paid positions and employees are being paid their salaries every month.
In the Management team, there are 16 members. Mr. ‘ A ‘ is one of them.
The Question is: Is it Permissible or not permissible for Mr. ‘A’ to work for the organization in any of the above positions? OR what does Sharia say : Can a Member of the Management be employed by the organization for any of the above jobs?
Question 2: The Chairman has made a rule: MEMBER OF A MANAGEMENT TEAN CAN NOT WORK FOR THE ORGANIZATION even though the member is fit for the position.
Is it right for the Chairman to make such Rules. I shall indeed be grateful for guidance in this matter.

- Any member of the management team can become the salaried employee of the organization. Shara’n there is no harm in it.
- If this rule is made for any management or legal necessity then it is also correct.
