Both Solutions that Mufti sahab has given are not possible. The masjid mgmt will not change the imam and we have no where else to go to pray salaam with jamaat. What is the ruling in this case. Can you give us something so that I can leverage it to mgmt that mufti sahab has given a ruling in this matter and we have to correct it. If this problem doesn’t get fixed what are we to do. I want something that I can show to both mgmt and to the imam of the masjid. Is our salaat makrooh? is it even valid? This problem is not limited to our masjid, many masjid have the similar problem. We would like to get a ruling in this matter for a permanent solution.
It was suggested to you that you should do jamat with someone else. Because there are so many jamats it’s not likely that you would disrupt the management or cause fitna.
