Yes, the proper way to perform a ritual bath (ghusl) is not dependent on the event that has led us to enter into a state of major ritual impurity (janaba).
As for the internal part of the vagina, it does not need to be washed because it is akin to the throat, which is inside the body which is not something we need to wash during a ritual bath.
In addition to that, a woman should not and does not need to put her fingers in her vagina to perform a valid ritual bath. [Ibn Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar]
