Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Qibla.com

Does the husband have to share proceeds of sold property with his divorced wife?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

In the Name of Allah, Most Merciful and Compassionate

May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon His Messenger Muhammad, his folk, companions, and followers

Allah Most High has affirmed the financial independence of both men and women–the property and wealth of each is theirs and theirs alone, unless some formal transfer of ownership takes place. [Zarqa, al-Madkhal]

As such, unless there is proof that your father transferred some (or all) of the ownership of the house to your mother, she does not appear to have a right to any of the proceeds of the sale of the property.

And Allah alone gives success.

Wassalam,

Faraz Rabbani
