Is it permissible to listen to nasheeds mentioning Allah and Prophet if you love it?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com
Asalaamu-alaikum, listening to music is considered haraam, but, what about listening to nasheeds that are mentioning
Allah (swt) and Prophet (sas) if you sincerely love listening to only that? Jazak Allahu Khairun for your reply.

Salaam,

In principal, there is no harm in listening to Islamic Nasheed, as long as there is no music in it, and as long as the meaning is sound, and does not hold an element of Bid’ah or Shirk or Kufr. Also, it musn’t be on a tune of a musical theme.

And Allah knows best.
