Q: Are Barelwis Kaafirs?

Bismillaah

A: Kufr revolves around beliefs. One whose beliefs are right i.e. he does not subscribe to any kufr belief then he is a Muslim. And if he subscribes to any type of kufr belief, for example, one who worships a grave etc. then this is a kufr belief and this will take him out of Islam.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
