Converting a non-Muslim to Islam

Q: 

  1. Can a female convert non-muslim into Muslim?
  2. Can you tell me how to convert a non-Muslim into Muslim?

A: 

  1. Yes. However the laws of hijaab should be observed under all circumstances. 
  2. Ask them to repeat the words of Shahaadat with understanding the meaning. Thereafter explain to them the Islamic aqaaid (i.e. Believing in the oneness of Allah Ta’ala, the finality of the prophet hood of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam), believing in all the Ambiya that were sent to this world, believing in the angels, the heavenly scriptures, Jannah and Jahunnum, etc. Thereafter they should be gradually thought their Deeni obligations (e.g. how to make wudhu, perform Salaah, istinja, zakaat, rowza, etc.)

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
