Q:

  1. If a drop of Blood falls in ماء قليل (less water) will it become najis?
  2. If yes what is the difference between the two mas’alas?

A: If it is a drop of flowing blood then the maa-e-qaleel will be najis and a strand of hair is ma`foo `anhu.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
