Reciting ‘Bismillahi-Rahmaani-Rahiim’ before slaughtering

Q: Is it ok to just read ‘Bismillahi-Rahmaani-Rahiim’ before slaughtering?

وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللَّـهِ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَفِسْقٌ وَإِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ لَيُوحُونَ إِلَىٰ أَوْلِيَائِهِمْ لِيُجَادِلُوكُمْ وَإِنْ أَطَعْتُمُوهُمْ إِنَّكُمْ لَمُشْرِكُونَ ﴿الأنعام: ١٢١﴾
