Who is responsible to divide the estate?

Q: Who is responsible for the estate to be divided if a man dies leaving behind his wife, 3 daughters (2 married and one unmarried) a son of 20-21 years?

A: The wali of the mayyit is responsible for winding and distributing the estate.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
