Will hurmat-e-musaaharah be established by touching one’s cousin?

Q: If a man kisses his cousin’s daughter with lust.

1. Are their children allowed to marry each other? The girl married another man and the man (who touched or kissed her) married another woman.

2. Will this nullify their parents marriage?
