Q: I want to divorce my husband. The reason is not that strong but I have lost love towards him. Maybe small and minute issues that stay deep in my mind are responsible. My question is whether I can divorce my husband without any strong reason?
A: If he consents then the divorce will be valid. Without his consent, you cannot issue a divorce unilaterally.
