Q:
1. What is the purpose and significance of the khuffain (leather socks)? I don’t understand the reason behind wearing it.
2. What is the reward for wearing it?
A:
1. You do not need to. The fact that the khuffain has been sanctioned by the shariah is enough reason for you to emulate it.
2. It is a sunnat.
