Marrying a woman with the condition of not taking a second wife

Q: If a lady marries a man on a condition that he will not take a second wife and he agrees, will the nikaah be valid? 

Bismillaah

A: The nikaah is valid. The conditions will fall off. 

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
