Thinking of Hoors in salaah

Q: If a person got a doubt while in prayer about Hoors. The doubt was something like “Hoors are created from the Noor of Allah”. He thought that he had read it somewhere when he actually had not. He said that he will research it after prayer. If he believes it but upon searching he found that it is not true, had he committed kufr?
