Husband asking wife if she wants to write “widow” as her marital status

Q: If a husband says to his wife, “do you want to write widow in your marital status or you are a widow?” Will divorce take place?

Bismillaah

A: When she is married, why must she write herself as widow.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
