Can You Marry Your Cousin’s Daughter if She Was Breastfed by Your Elder Sister in Islam?

Q: If someone wants to marry his cousins daughter, but she was breastfed by the elder sister of the person who wants to marry, does Islam allow this marriage?

A: It is not permissible. She is his foster niece.
