Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Is it permissible for a man to remove the hair on his legs?

Bismillaah

A: Removing the hair on the legs is an undesirable practice for men except in the case where it has grown very long and it is causing difficulty, then it may be shortened.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
