Doubting whether pooja was done on sweets given by a non-Muslim

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: On dasara festival, the non-Muslims have given us a box of sweets, can we eat it? I think they do pooja on all the sweets or sweet boxes?

Bismillaah

A: Don’t accept anything wherein you have the doubt of pooja.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
