Q: If someone commits qatl-e-khata, does the person still have to pay qisas and diyat?

Bismillaah

A: For qatle khata there is no qisaas. If he is in an Islamic land the diyat is compulsory.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
