Using one’s neighbours WiFi without his permission

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I use my neighbor’s WiFi without his knowing. Is it permissible or is not.

Bismillaah

A: Using someone’s wealth or property without their permission is impermissible. You should inform him of what you have been doing and seek his forgiveness. Similarly, you should pay him for the amount of wifi you had used.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
