Will wudhu break if fluid flows out of the eyes with pain?

Q: I read that wudhu breaks when fluid comes out of the eye due to eye pain. Is this correct?

Will allerges and itchy/dry eyes fall under this?

Bismillaah

A: It means that if it is on account of some infection then it will invalidate the wudhu.
