Disposing of bones and fat

Q:

1. Is it permissible to throw bones in the bin, after cleaning the meat off?

2. Whilst cleaning the meat, is it permissible to throw the fat away?

Bismillaah

A:

1. Yes.

2. Rather give it to someone poor or an animal. Why throw it away.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
